Deborah Grayson Riegel is a keynote speaker, executive coach, and consultant who teaches leadership communication for Wharton Business School, Duke Corporate Education, Columbia Business School’s Women in Leadership Program and the Beijing International MBA Program at Peking University. She is the co-author of “Go to Help: 31 Ways to Offer, Ask for, and Accept Help” and "Overcoming Overthinking: 36 Ways to Tame Anxiety for Work, School, and Life” — both written with her daughter Sophie. Her clients include Google, Amazon, Jewish Federations of North America, PepsiCo, Bloomberg, and NASA. She lives in Chapel Hill with her husband Michael and her rescue pit bull Nash. When she’s not working, she’s tending to her garden, cooking new recipes, taste-testing her husband’s homemade sourdough, and listening to true crime podcasts.

Sophie Riegel, a best-selling author, speaker, coach, and mental health advocate, has partnered with leading organizations like Netflix, Nielsen, and the U.S. Department of Homeland Security. She specializes in optimizing intergenerational relationships and mental well-being for enhanced outcomes.

Starting her career at 18, Sophie's early speaking engagements about her personal journey with mental illness quickly expanded to support youth, parents, and educators. By 21, she had authored three best-selling books, delivered a TEDx Talk, and keynoted conferences with audiences exceeding 1,000 people. She also obtained certification as an authentic leadership coach during her senior year at Duke University.
