Hebrew Language Classes Spring 2021

Beginner Hebrew I will focus on learning to read basic Hebrew. It will explore the entire alphabet in print and script, and focus on learning skills to read more fluently for Shabbat Services. This is open to beginners and students who want to improve their reading skills by reviewing the alphabet.
-->Class time is from 10:30 to 11:30 am on the Sundays listed below.

Intermediate Hebrew II will be using the skills learned in Hebrew I to go through the Shabbat service, and other special services. We will be learning several blessings used for the holidays. Basic reading skills are required.

Classes will take place on the following Sundays via Zoom:

January 10 (Hebrew II starts)
January 17 (new start date for Hebrew I)
January 24
January 31
February 7
February 14
February 21
March 7
March 14
March 21 (Last day of Hebrew II)
March 28 (Hebrew I only; date may change.)
April 4 (Hebrew I only; date may change.)

Tuition for the full semester of a course is $180. As always, if money is a barrier, please contact jenna@betheldurham.org and she will provide a discount code to enter on the following payment page.
